Our neighbors in Rexburg have a cross event scheduled for October 21st, 2017. Visit the Cube Cyclocross for more information.
Jay Petervary’s Gravel Pursuit ought to be on every cyclist’s fall calendar. Participants will start in Island Park, Idaho and travel mostly gravel roads just to the west of Yellowstone National Park.
There are 60 and 120 mile versions of the event. The weather looks fine for Saturday.
All participants ought to prepare themselves for rugged back-country riding where riders may encounter wild-life, unexpected weather conditions, and the like. Be a boy or girl scout and be prepared.
Overnight, winter arrived to Teton Valley. Unsettled weather expected over the next week. Perfect CX-weather. A week ago, the course encountered a Billy Goat High-Weed Wacker.
Seven and one-half hours later…..
And props to Mountainbike the Tetons
For their handiwork with the rail-road-tie run-up.
Coming soon will be a shout-out for volunteers to help with the U12/U6 events.
We’ll keep you posted.
Registration is open.
Thank you to Saturday’s turn-out and sponsors – what a wonderful way to spend a weekend and get on those bikes! Special shout out to the 1st-time crossers!
Thanks to 2014 MooseCross participant Chris Haskell for making this video
MooseCross is very honored to be featured in issue 18 of Cyclocross Magazine. Our moms all have the article on the fridge.
